Having commenced his legal career in 1989 and been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2000, Donal O'Connor brings over three decades of legal, commercial and regulatory experience to his practice. In addition to more than 26 years as a practising solicitor, he has extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, mortgage and property finance transactions, landlord and tenant matters, employment law, protected disclosures (whistleblowing), litigation, probate and business-related legal matters.
Donal’s experience extends beyond traditional legal practice. Having owned and operated businesses in Wexford, including franchise operations, and having served as a Company Director, Risk Manager, Compliance Manager, Records Manager and Data Protection Officer within regulated financial services organisations, he brings a practical understanding of the challenges faced by employers, employees, business owners, company directors, landlords and tenants.
